Smoked haddock and bacon, haddock and leek, sea bass and ginger... they’re all terrific fishcakes... But some of you yearn for more simple pleasures, which is exactly what we have here. It's traditional cod and coley you'll find in these and of course, plenty of love!  Handmade by Kevin and Paul in Grimsby to their mum’s recipe, which was probably her mum’s. You get 48% fish, plenty of parsley, a splash of anchovy paste and some natural breadcrumbs. They are easy to cook; defrost and pan-fry on both sides for about 4-5 mins
