Why not try these amazing handmade fishcakes made with the finest ingredients, and of course, plenty of love?!? These fishcakes are so traditional, it doesn’t even get worked up about exactly which fish it’s made from (either cod or coley, depending on availability). Handmade by ’Kevin and Paul’ in Grimsby to their mum’s recipe, which was probably her mum’s. You get 48% fish, plenty of parsley, a splash of anchovy paste and some jolly nice breadcrumbs.
