Healthy Living

Fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet. There is research to suggest that fish supports both our physical health, but also our mental health and wellbeing. A healthy, balanced diet should include at least 2 portions of fish a week. That's because fish and shellfish are good sources of many vitamins and minerals. Oily fish, such as salmon and sardines – is particularly high in omega-3, which can help to keep your heart healthy and support a strong immune system. Fish that is steamed, baked or grilled is a healthier choice than fried fish. Salmon, cod, herring, mahi-mahi, mackerel, rainbow trout, sardines, tuna... whether you marinade your fish in a sweet-tangy glaze or fill crunchy tacos with a chipotle mayo, fish is a straightforward way to prepare beautifully healthy recipes.
