This king crab is wild caught in Russia, you will receive one 250g cooked king crab leg that has been scored right the way down. It takes out all the fuss of trying to extract the meat, it opens up the leg like a canoe. It can be served cold, or you can warm the king crab leg, but be careful not to over cook! We recommend serving with warmed garlic butter for dipping. Perfection!
