Product Information
  • Proper kippers from the revered Craster smokehouse
  • Nice and large and not a drop of dye
  • 2 fish per pack (vacuum packed)

Robson's of Craster have been our main kipper supplier for decades. Their herring is sourced from the North Atlantic, precision selected for the exact right oil content for kippers, then smoked over blended hardwood to give a wonderful flavour and golden sheen. And the full complement of those kipper-defining bones. Serve them up grilled on a Sunday morning with toasted thick-cut granary bread and poached eggs. Not so keen on bones...?
