The smokehouse has over 100 years of experience in preparing and smoking the silver darlings to make the distinctive kipper. Oak-smoked, undyed and the absolutely full complement of those famous bones. One vac-packed pair (2 split fish) of kippers per pack. Serve them up grilled on a Sunday morning with toasted thick-cut granary bread and poached eggs.
