Product Information

A pureed seaweed from Wales. Rich in minerals, especially iron and iodine. Serve hot or cold, with seafood, meat (especially bacon) or even by itself. Laverbread is little known outside of Wales and interestingly was name by th Telegraph as one of the most British foods. Our laver comes frozen in a pouch which will be good to serve 1-2 people.
