- No fillers, pure laver seaweed collected in Wales

This is a traditional pureed seaweed, also known as laverbread or 'bara lawr' from Wales. This seaweed is collected by an established family run operation for over 50 years off the shores of Gower Peninsula. Laverbread is little known outside of Wales, interestingly sometimes even referred to as Welshman's Caviar. It has earned its stripes, this delicacy has gained Protected Designation of Origin Status. Rich in minerals, especially iron and iodine. It does not contain any fillers, just water and some salt. Our laverseed has been purred, cooked and reduced down and comes frozen in a pouch which will serve 1-2 people. It can be served hot or cold, with seafood, meat (especially bacon) or even by itself.
Cooked Seaweed (Porphyra Umbilicalis), Water, Salt.
