Calling all foodies (at any rate, the ones in aprons). We sell a few different types of shellfish shells on this page.
Lobster heads - raw body/heads of the lobster with all of the internal bits and pieces left inside.
Lobster claws - raw mixed meat content claws that didn't make the grade to be sold via our normal routes as a premium product. These work well for stock and you might get lucky and get some tasty meat too.
Langoustine - A mix of langoustine heads, legs and claws (net of the tail). These are raw.
