Contains two traditional clawed lobsters - you need the heads for the visual effect - and two rock lobster tails - as you don’t want to be short of lobster meat for this production! Plus a tub of fish stock. You’ll also need shallots, Gruyere or Parmesan cheese, a little English mustard, some chopped parsley or tarragon, double cream, cayenne pepper, butter and white wine. Comes with instructions. Serves 4. This dish is not challenging, but the result is magnificent.
