If you haven't tried Lobster Thermidor, you're in for a treat! Luxury at its finest, this rich and creamy French classic is guaranteed to get your guests drooling. Crafted by our in-house chef, Tim, this kit makes it ludicrously easy for you to serve up this fabled masterpiece. So you get two raw pre-cut rock lobster tails (in fact four halves), a pack of Tim's amazing Thermidor sauce (he uses Cheddar, Parmesan and Gruyere) and a sachet of gremolata breadcrumb topping and the simple cooking instructions. Can't cook? We defy you to mess this one up. (Can cook? If you feel like tackling your own recipe at home, we also sell just the lobster tails.)
