Product Information
Our new superfrozen maguro is kept at minus 60C throughout its life. So it arrives with you in a pristine block. When it gets to your freezer (at only minus 20C) it will lose its hue within 2-3 weeks, so it won't look quite as perfect. But the taste unaffected for a while longer.
- This tuna is pole and line caught by hand
- Larger strips of maguro will give you more flexibility to cut it to shape. This can be important if you are making nigiri
