A seafood classic. Simply warm the sauce, add mussels, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with fries or crusty bread. Our homemade sauce is a wonderful combination of double cream, shallots, butter, garlic, thyme, parsley, bay leaves and a splash of white wine. This sauce is perfect to keep in the freezer for when you don't know what to make for dinner! Use it as a poaching liquid, it adds a great twist to your favourite fish. Let us know how you use it!
