Megrim fillets can be surprisingly large - everything you need to know about megrim sole can be found here. Despite our honest opinion, check out the reviews, it is still loved by our customers. The megrim is not as illustrious as other soles, but then it's nothing as expensive. It is however very sustainable and will reward the effort you put into preparing it. These fillets arrive with 2 per pack, skin-on. Mergim sole has soft flesh and thin skin that can be easily crisped when pan fried. We also stock whole megrim sole.
