These miso cod portions are made from Canadian Pacific caught cod and are marinated in red miso, soya sauce and garlic to make these absolutely mouth watering portions. They are super easy to cook, just preheat your oven to 220C, put the frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 12-14 minutes. Make sure to turn them over halfway through cooking. We think the best way to serve miso cod is just with a side of veggies and a bit of rice. There's a lot of flavor in the marinade so the rest of the dish can be nice and simple. This is a super easy way of getting a meal that is packed full of flavor with very little effort. We'd love to know what you think when you've tried them!
