Product Information

Our seaweed salad is a combination of three very popular dried seaweeds; nori, wakame and sea lettuce. By combining the three it delivers a range of essential vitamins and minerals and provides an authentic tasting salad. The salad pairs nicely with fish and seafood as a side dish or as an ingredient in rice and pasta. Each seaweed is highly prized in Japan, where is it used in soups and to wrap sushi grade fish. Expands to 6 times its size when rehydrated. Latin names: Porphyra spp. (Nori), Undaria pinnatifida (Wakame), and Ulva spp. (Sea lettuce).
