Product Information

Not quite the real, live, heavenly thing, but not quite as inconvenient, either. Perfect for kaki furai or Oysters Rockefeller. Or slip these oysters into a fish pie or a steak and kidney pudding. The species is Pacific oyster, normally from a South Korean oyster farm. About two inches long - around a dozen per pack. *Our oyster shells are all cupped sides (no flat ’lids’), all carefully cleaned including a good boiling.
