  • Each bag contains around 12 raw oysters with no shell
  • Perfect if making kaki furai
  • One bag will serve two main meals

These aren't quite the real, live, heavenly thing but they're not quite as inconvenient either. If you're looking to make something like oyster rockerfeller, then this is a wonderfully easy way to do it. Or slip these into a fish pie or a steak and kidney pudding. The species is Pacific oyster, normally from a South Korean oyster farm. Just remember that these do not include a shell!

If you wanted the shell, we do sell packs of half shell oysters and half shell oysters in a white wine sauce.
