Plaice fillets - 2 fillets
- Order number: 100332
We source top quality large plaice fillets from Holland, where plaice is virtually a religion. We normally offer you a choice between dark side fillets and white side. Dark is more expensive because they're heavier/thicker and, in our view, tastier. Each pack of plaice fillets contains two fillets, one of which has been wrapped in a freezer bag which enables you to separate them and remove one at a time if required. We also sell the whole plaice which has been gutted and trimmed ready for cooking.
- Two plaice fillets per pack
- Choose from white side or dark side fillets
- Suggested recipe: Plaice with orange and cream sauce
Sustainability - Our rating 7/10
Our plaice fillets come from an esteemed plaice producer in Holland who has top-notch credentials. They source their plaice from MSC-certified sustainable fisheries.
