Product Information

The pollack (quite often called pollock, but we’re sticking with pollack) fish is a member of the cod family and the good news is, it’s in plentiful supply. These are excellent portions from superb LARGE Cornish pollack fillets. We offer either loin steaks - prime thick portions from the back of the neck  - or fillet steaks which are oblong portions from the middle of the fillet. Pollack fillets are part of our everyday fish range. That’s because pollack fillets represent good value for money. And it’s also because you’ll find that pollack fillets are extremely versatile.

An exciting twist to a classical burger with pollack loin steak. A beautiful pollack loin steak sitting on a dollop of flavoursome mayonnaise, topped with pickled onion and cucumber ribbons in a toasted brioche bun.
