Our special Thai curry gives the dish a brilliant kick of heat, whilst the garnish adds a beautiful layer of texture. Served on a bed of jasmine rice, and topped with chopped coriander and a squeeze of fresh lime. Paired with peeled wild king prawns from Argentina, is a pouch of homemade sauce containing coconut milk, green curry paste, chillies, lemongrass, kaffir lime, complemented with mangetout, chestnut mushrooms, baby corn & shallots - serve over jasmine rice.
