Halibut has long been the king of the flatfish. In the wild, they grow to over 100kg and yield beautiful, white, oily, flavoursome fillets. These wild halibut come from the Pacific, Canada & Alaska. They are sustainably caught in and MSC certified fishery. The portions are skinless and boneless. This halibut is processed at source for us by absolute halibut proffesionals who have been working with halibut for over 40 years.
