A cut above your average tuna salad
Our mojama comes from Spain but it's made throughout the Mediterranean. Like bresaola, it has a superb, intense taste which means a little goes a long way.
- Half a bag mixed salad leaves
- About 100g mojama
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Salad dressing
- Slice tomatoes with a very sharp knife.
- Arrange leaves artfully on individual serving plates.
- Arrange tomato slices over leaves.
- Shave mojama on top.
- Drizzle with the salad dressing.
