A cut above your average tuna salad 

Serves 2 

Our mojama comes from Spain but it's made throughout the Mediterranean. Like bresaola, it has a superb, intense taste which means a little goes a long way.

Ingredients

  • Half a bag mixed salad leaves
  • About 100g mojama
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • Salad dressing

Method

  1. Slice tomatoes with a very sharp knife.
  2. Arrange leaves artfully on individual serving plates.
  3. Arrange tomato slices over leaves.
  4. Shave mojama on top.
  5. Drizzle with the salad dressing.
