Chinese smoked salmon starter
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 200g/7 oz smoked salmon
- 227g/8 oz bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Pepper
Method
- Oil 6 ramekins then line with smoked salmon. Chop the remaing salmon for step 3.
- Boil the beansprouts for one minute, then drain and chop.
- Combine oil and juice in a bowl. Add the beansprouts and any remaining salmon and toss well. Cram this mixture into the ramekins.
- Turn out and serve.
