Cook and Captures Yellowtail kingfish with avocado, radish, lime and sesame


  • 1 sashimi saku block

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 limes

  • 4 pink radish

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger


  1. To make the dressing combine the sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger and juice of one lime

  2. Make the avocado puree by blitzing the avocado with juice of one lime until smooth - season to taste.

  3. Finely slice the radish and sit in ice water until ready to serve

  4. finely slice the kingfish and lay on a plate with radish. Dress with avocado puree and sesame
