Bet you can't say that 10 times in 10 seconds!
Try something simpler - just make it.
- 2 cod fillets
- Plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- Desiccated coconut
- Oil for frying
- 1 egg, beaten
- Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel then coat lightly with flour.
- Brush the egg onto the fish then sprinkle with coconut. Press on lightly.
- Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
