Cod liver, 1/2 jar
Eggplant, 1 piece
Salt to taste
Preheat grill pan, cut the eggplants into thin slices and fry in a pan on both sides until soft.
Cut the onion into thin half rings, cut the eggplant across the slices to make 1cm wide slices.
Put the cod liver on a plate, mash with a fork, add arugula, eggplant, onion and salt to taste!
It turns out to be a very juicy and satisfying salad!
