F1 Kipper Dip
- 400g boned kippers
- A good dollop of something hot from your fridge... anything brown sauce to a few drops of something serious.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsps plain yoghurt
- Black pepper
- Cook the kippers then cool them.
- Remove skin then churn finely with fingers and fork or in your whizzer.
- Stir in the other ingredients (by hand is best).
- Season with pepper.
- Serve with bread sticks, tortilla chips or a selection of crisp raw vegetables.
