Grilled Grapefruit Honey Salmon

Quick and oh so fresh! Delicately grilled salmon fillet with grapefruit, honey and rosemary, perfect for a BBQ on a warm summer night.

Ingredients

2 x Organic Salmon Fillet Portions

1 Lemon

1 Grapefruit

Salt & pepper

1 Tbsp honey

2 Rosemary sprigs

Cooking steps

Step 1

Preheat the grill/ BBQ. Generously season the salmon fillet with salt, and pepper, and drizzle over the honey.

Step 2

Squeeze over lemon juice and arrange your rosemary springs around the fillet.

Step 3

Cut the grapefruit into 1/2" (1.5 cm) slices and place on top of the salmon.

Step 4

Place salmon under the grill for around 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
