Grilled Herby Mahi-Mahi

Grilled mahi mahi

Serves 2


  • 2 mahi mahi fillets
  • Oil
  • Herbs eg basil, tarragon


  1. Wash the fillets briefly under running water. Pat dry.
  2. Brush them (and the grilling surface) with oil, sprinkle herbs onto both sides.
  3. Grill under a medium heat for about 4 minutes each side. Brush with more oil when you turn the fish over. Serve.


  • Squeeze lemon juice over the fish. Marinade the steaks for an hour or two before cooking in simple mixture of wine/wine vinegar/oil and seasoning.
