Hiramasa - Sashimi Yellowtail Kingfish Recipe
1 x Hiramasa - Sashimi Yellowtail Kingfish Grade 1 - 110g
1 x fresh red chilli
4 tablespoons ponzu sauce
1/2 tablespoon fresh Yuzu juice
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon White Truffle Oil
Carefully slice the Kingfish in to thinly sliced sashimi pieces and arrange on the serving plate.
Mix together the ponzu, yuzu, soy sauce and truffle oil in a pot.
Finely chop the red chilli and add a small piece to each sashimi slice for decoration.
Pour the dressing over the sashimi when ready to serve.
