Hot Garlic and Chilli Prawns
Olive oil (generous serving of oil)
1-2 fresh chillis
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt and pepper
Wild King Prawn Tails (1 pack serves 2 people as a starter)
Fresh crusty bread for soaking up the sauce
Preheat ovenproof bowls in oven.
Cook garlic and chilli in olive oil until soft but not brown.
Remove garlic and chilli and set aside.
Add prawns to the oil in wok until cooked through.
Add garlic and chilli back to wok and stir.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer prawns, oil, garlic and chilli into the preheated oven proof bowls. Add some small dots of butter.
Put in oven until butter has melted.
Remove from oven, stir, add fresh parsley and serve with fresh crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
