Ingredients

150g Pack of king crab meat

1 Avocado

1 Red grapefruit

Small bunch coriander

Cooking steps

Step 1

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and place flesh side down on a hot griddle until charred

Step 2

Peel segment the grapefruit placing the flesh and juice into a small bowl

Step 3

In a bowl add to the grapefruit, crab and chopped coriander, season the mixture generously before spooning on top of the charred avocado
