MIDNIGHT KIPPERS

Ingredients
- 2 kippers
- quarter pint of Scotch
Method
- Put kippers in a heatproof dish and warm in oven for 3-4 minutes.
- Warm the whisky in a pan.
- Pour whisky over kippers and set alight.
- When the flames die down, you've cooked the kippers and they are ready to serve. Hic.
