MIDNIGHT KIPPERS

Ingredients

  • 2 kippers
  • quarter pint of Scotch

Method

  1. Put kippers in a heatproof dish and warm in oven for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Warm the whisky in a pan.
  3. Pour whisky over kippers and set alight.
  4. When the flames die down, you've cooked the kippers and they are ready to serve. Hic.
