Ingredients
- 2 portions monkfish - about 300-400g in all
- Streaky bacon (or go upmarket with Parma ham)
Method
- Wrap the bacon around the fish.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 200C/400F/Gas 6, for 20 minutes.
