Ingredients

  • 2 portions monkfish - about 300-400g in all
  • Streaky bacon (or go upmarket with Parma ham)

Method

  1. Wrap the bacon around the fish.
  2. Roast in a preheated oven at 200C/400F/Gas 6, for 20 minutes.
