Mussels Italienne

Ingredients
- Medium-dry white wine
- Garlic salt
- Finely grated mild cheese
- 16 mussels in half shell
Method
Add a dessertspoonful of wine and one of cheese to each mussel in its shell, plus a pinch of garlic salt. Then grill just long enough to melt the cheese - about 3 minutes.
