Mussels Italienne

  • Medium-dry white wine
  • Garlic salt
  • Finely grated mild cheese
  • 16 mussels in half shell


Add a dessertspoonful of wine and one of cheese to each mussel in its shell, plus a pinch of garlic salt. Then grill just long enough to melt the cheese - about 3 minutes.
