Mustard Sauce For Crabmeat

Mustard sauce for crabmeat
Serves 2


  • 125ml/5 fl oz soured cream
  • 1½ tbsp French mustard
  • 25g/1oz butter
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • A little salt

Add all ingredients to a pan. Heat and stir until blended, but do not boil.

Use just a dribble on each section.
