Mustard sauce for crabmeat
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 125ml/5 fl oz soured cream
- 1½ tbsp French mustard
- 25g/1oz butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- A little salt
Add all ingredients to a pan. Heat and stir until blended, but do not boil.
Use just a dribble on each section.
