A quick how to on making the perfect pan fried fish fillet.

Skin On Fish Fillet

Oil

Salt

Cooking steps

Step 1

Wait for the pan to be nice and hot, then add some oil.

Step 2

Season the fillet well and add it into the pan skin down, then turn down the heat a little.

Step 3

Wait for the bottom of the fillet to be nice and crispy (approximately 4min) and flip it over. Turn off the heat and let the residual heat do the rest.

Step 4

Serve and enjoy.
