Ingredients
- 500g / 1 lb cubed dogfish
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 medium carrots, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper cut into strips
- 1 bottle sweet & sour sauce
- ½ a fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
Method
- Cook carrots and peppers in the oil until softened; approx 3 minutes.
- Pour over the sweet & sour sauce and heat until simmering.
- Add fish, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pineapple. Simmer 3 minutes.
- Serve with boiled rice.
