Ingredients

  • 500g / 1 lb cubed dogfish
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 bottle sweet & sour sauce
  • ½ a fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

Method

  1. Cook carrots and peppers in the oil until softened; approx 3 minutes.
  2. Pour over the sweet & sour sauce and heat until simmering.
  3. Add fish, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add pineapple. Simmer 3 minutes.
  5. Serve with boiled rice.
