Pil Pil Prawns with Garlic and Chilli

Pil Pil Prawns with Garlic and Chilli

Ingredients

350g wild king prawn tails

150g chorizo

4 cloves garlic

bunch of parsley

2 tbsp olive oil

1 red chilli

juice of a lemon

Cooking steps

Step 1

Slice the chorizo, chillies, garlic and parsley. Peel the king prawns and in a small frying pan, heat your oil until it's almost smoking.

Step 2

Add the garlic, chorizo, chillies and sauté gently.
Increase the heat and add the prawns - cook quickly for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Step 3

Finish with the lemon juice, parsley and a crusty roll.
