Savoury Prawn Croissant
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 170g/6 oz cooked peeled prawns
- 125g/5oz cottage cheese
- 1 small avocado, peeled and diced
- Salt and pepper
- 4 croissants
Method
- Gently mix together the prawns, cheese and avocado and season.
- Cut the croissants in half and divide the prawn mixture between them.
