Savoury Prawn Croissant

Serves 4


  • 170g/6 oz cooked peeled prawns 
  • 125g/5oz cottage cheese 
  • 1 small avocado, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 croissants


  1. Gently mix together the prawns, cheese and avocado and season.
  2. Cut the croissants in half and divide the prawn mixture between them.
