Shrimp and garlic bread
- 225g/ 8oz peeled brown shrimps
- 110g/4 oz butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Fresh chopped chives
- 1 French bread stick
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Soften butter in microwave
- Place shrimp in a bowl and mix well with the garlic, butter and chives.
- Slice bread stick every inch but do not cut through.
- Spoon the garlic and shrimp mixture evenly into each cut. Wrap in foil.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes.
