Shrimp and garlic bread
Serves 4


  • 225g/ 8oz peeled brown shrimps
  • 110g/4 oz butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Fresh chopped chives
  • 1 French bread stick


  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. Soften butter in microwave
  3. Place shrimp in a bowl and mix well with the garlic, butter and chives.
  4. Slice bread stick every inch but do not cut through.
  5. Spoon the garlic and shrimp mixture evenly into each cut. Wrap in foil.
  6. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
