- 227g / 8oz white crabmeat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- 1 small red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 25g / 1 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Lettuce leaves for serving (preferably several different types)
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying-pan. It must be really hot.
- Add all the vegetables and toss for two minutes.
- Add the crabmeat, soy sauce and pepper and toss for a further two minutes.
- Arrange over or beside lettuce.
