Tuna Tartare Poke
(Tuna Tartare with Asian Twist)
300 gr sashimi-grade tuna
1/2 tbsp fresh ginger - minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh chives
1 tbsp fresh coriander
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1. Using a sharp knife cut tuna and avocado into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
2. Add ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and stir to combine.
3. Add chives, coriander and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
You can eat it straight or use it for tacos.
