Tuna teriyaki
Ingredients
tuna steak
50g sesame seeds
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soya sauce
juice of one lime
2 red chillies
1 garlic clove
Coriander for garnish
Cooking steps
Step 1
Coat tuna steak in sesame seeds
Step 2
Finely slice garlic and fry gently in a tbsp of oil until just golden, remove and set aside
Sear tuna in the same pan on each side, set aside to rest
Step 3
To make the dressing combine the honey, soya, lime juice and one of the chillies finely chopped
Step 4
Spoon over the dressing and finish with the fried garlic and coriander
