These vibrant prawns offer something you've probably never seen. They are the wow factor and more. Our red velvet prawns are Australian sourced king prawns, coated in a natural beetroot extract giving them their striking red hue. The beetroot in the panko coat lends a perfect amount of sweetness to the prawn. Around the office they were quickly gone when we fried some up.
