- Each pack contains one strip of skinless, boneless organic salmon back sashimi grade
- Make sure you have a really sharp knife!
- For sushi, a main course requires 150g of fish per person
Strip(s) of prime skinned salmon from the back, not the belly - ready for you to slice. We prepare these ready-to-go sashimi back strips from large organically reared Scottish salmon. These sashimi salmon grade strips are cut from the thickest part of the loin of the salmon. These strips are rectangular in shape ready for you to slice them horizontally. If you are feeding a larger group, perhaps four or more you may want to consider using our organic salmon saku blocks.
