  • For sushi, a main course requires 150g of fish per person

Strip(s) of prime skinned salmon from the back, not the belly - ready for you to slice. We prepare these ready-to-go sashimi back strips from large organically reared Scottish salmon. These sashimi salmon grade strips are cut from the thickest part of the loin of the salmon. Thes strips are rectangular in shape ready for you to slice them horizontally. If you are feeding a larger group, perhaps four or more you may want to consider using our organic salmon saku blocks
