A hero from the sushi bar - cuts from the fat-rich belly of salmon (as with meat, fat means flavour). Never tried sushi? Start with one pack of this salmon sushi - it’s sublime. The belly strips are thinner than the back strips we offer as the belly is much thinner. These strips are run through with lovely white streaks of fat which enhance the presentation and flavour. The salmon belly strips are great for making nigiri. Because the strips are thin, they won't take to long to defrost. You should be able to defrost them a few hours before you want to use it.
