Product Information
  • Each pack contains 200g of organic salmon skins
  • Fry and use as an ingredient in your favourite sushi roll
  • A little goes a long way, often used as topping or side dish

This is top quality salmon skin from our best organic farmed salmon. After our team of expert filleters have cut the whole fillet, they carefully remove the skins. Each pack is 200g, depending the size of the fish it could be anywhere from one to three pieces. Slice and fry your salmon skin,  it is a delicious accompaniment to sushi as long as you have a deep fat fryer (and a spot of tempura batter is jolly good too - yum!). There is a small amount of  meat on the other side. We have removed all the scales (yuk!) except for one or two to keep you on the ball.
