Top grade hand-prepared immaculate tiny fresh sardines canned in olive oil. About 18 fish per tin. Fished in the fabled Cantabrian Sea (aka the southern Bay of Biscay) and hand processed by Conservas Broto in picturesque Pontevedra. Broto have a couple of excellent mottoes... "time is a tool, not a goal" and "the price is an effect, not an end".
