You may have seen goma wakame on your favourite Japanese menu, lo and behold! It is now part of The Fish Society range. Wakame is a traditional salad made from dried wakame seaweed that has been soaked in water, drained and seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil. It is the final touch to a perfect at home sushi evening.
