Smoked Salmon Arancini Balls - These little crispy rice balls are a delicious Sicilian style snack. These arancini are packed with mozzarella, smoked salmon and slightly sweet and herby risotto filling. Tossed in olive oil and coated Parmesan, they make great party bites.

Katsu Cod Fritters - crispy, curried and I-don’t-care-I’m-having-the-last-one-tasty! Every bite is exciting, comforting and fulfilling. They have a crispy exterior and a creamy, curried mashed potato interior in which the mellow spiced katsu melds perfectly with the tender and flakey cod. Tim has excelled even his normal excellent standards.

Our Kingfish kebabs are marinated in a teriyaki sauce which caramelises as it hits the grill, leaving a tasty sweet glaze on each piece of fish - a mouth-watering experience and utterly addictive!

Our King Prawns are marinated in a Thai style lemongrass and ginger infusion. A South Eastern balance of spicy, sweet and savoury with vast depth of flavour. They are a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
