Boquerones are authentic Spanish marinated anchovy fillets. THEY TASTE GREAT! They are not remotely like the dark salty ones from tins. Eat boquerones as they come, tapas style, or fry a couple to garnish a cooked dish. We've seen many brands of boquerones, but these are the best: large, neatly cut and very white.
