One of the many joys of smoked salmon is its versatility... It can be incorporated into many dishes, much more than just bagels, try fresh & fragrant pasta salads, quiches, the choice is endless.
Smoked trout fillets are truly rich and delicious in flavour. The subtle smokiness contrasts well with the creamy textures. These fish are cured before being smoked with rich, aromatic oak chips.
Smoked salmon steaks - A picnic staple that will impress. These steaks are great for making mini hot smoked salmon burgers, or crumbled into flakes for sandwiches and salads.
Our snack sized pots of chilli mackerel pate are made in house by our on-site chef, and it is completely delicious! Made using UK caught and smoked mackerel, we believe this is a top quality product. It may be a small pot (which is why you get 2!) but it packs a punch, with loads of flavour and the perfect pate texture. Have it for lunch on some toast, or make it part of your charcuterie board.
The mighty manx kippers, these excellent and very consistent little kippers from the Isle of Man have fans all over the world and are now our top-selling kippers. Manx kippers have a long heritage - the smokehouse that supplies ours was founded in the late 1800s.
Who can resist hot smoked mackerel? Isn't chilli, lime and coriander a blend made in heaven? Now find out what happened when they got together. This is hand filleted mackerel which has been properly smoked without dyes or additives, then infused with these three famous ingredients.
The resulting taste is stunning – rich, smokey, elegant and indulgent. This will keep all smoked fish lovers overjoyed!
